Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between the buyer and weframe.co.uk (referred to as, ‘weframe’, ‘weframe.co.uk’ 'we', 'us' and 'our'), and override any conditions the buyer and weframe may have otherwise, except those confirmed by weframe in writing.   We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Non UK Orders

Currently, we do not except orders from outside of the UK mainland. Please contact us regarding any international requirements you may have.

Payments

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Cards are processed online immediately using the WorldPay secure system. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. This web site is fully integrated with WorldPay, Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the WorldPay secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else. All transactions are encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support), and are signed using SSL digital certificates.

Despite this attention to security we do understand that some people prefer not to enter their details online. If you have such concerns please contact us to arrange payment by alternative methods.

Other notes

If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery.

Prices

All prices and orders are shown and transacted in Great British Pounds Sterling. Prices may be subject to alteration without prior notice. Once a payment has been processed and accepted, any alterations in price will not affect your current transaction, unless the current transaction is part of a typographical error as below.

Typographical Errors

We make efforts to ensure the information published on our web site is accurate. If an error is made, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products affected by the error.

If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, weframeshall issue a credit to your credit/debit card account for any monies taken.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. If payment has already been received and we exercise this right, a refund will be made for any monies taken.

UK Mainland Delivery Charges

All delivery charges will be notified at point of purchase from the "Basket" page.

Dispatch Times

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we will dispatch the goods within 5-7 working days of full payment. However, if we expect dispatch time to exceed this time-frame we will advise you of an estimated dispatch date.

Trade Description Act

Whilst every care is taken to describe the products accurately, customers should understand that some information may differ slightly due to a disparity in computer settings, typically related to colour schemes for mount colour and frame moulding.

Privacy

Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties.

Breakages

We will replace or refund the cost of any item(s) that arrive broken or damaged, but you must inform the courier on receipt of the package. We cannot be responsible for any breakages reported after the courier has left your premises.

Faulty and Erroneous Items

Item(s) that are not representative of your order must be expressed to us by email or in writing within fourteen days from original order date. We cannot be held liable for divergence of goods, whereby computer settings may alter the appearance, as detailed in the Trade Description Act section.

All measurements stated in the website are accurate to within 1% or 0.5” (12.7mm), whichever is greater.  As the frames are individually hand made they are the highest quality of craftsmanship but there is some room for tolerance in dimensions.  We cannot accept returns or refunds when the measurements of the item(s) received are within these boundaries.

Measurements on the medal mount feature are dependant upon your stated medal size when placing an order. Please ensure you correctly input your medal dimensions to ensure the medal aperture is cut correctly. If you have further questions, please refer to the Information icon or 'How it Works' page when inputting your medal size or contact us.

Returns

You have a right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased on this website for a full refund within seven days of original order date. If the item has been dispatched before you cancel, you will continue to be charged postage and handling costs. This refund policy does not apply to item(s) made to your specification, which includes plaque inscription.  In this scenario, you will continue to be charged for the personalised plaque, postage and handling costs but all other costs will be returned.  You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them if they have already been delivered.

This excludes faulty and erroneous item(s) which can be returned in line with our standard faulty and erroneous item return policy as stated above.

Please email our customer services team at info@weframe.co.uk on all return queries BEFORE returning any goods.  We shall provide you with an appropriate returns address upon this email and ensure that the return procedure is completed correctly and as quickly as possible.

For your protection, we recommend that you use recorded-delivery service to cover the value of the item(s). We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit or damaged in transit upon return.  Customers are responsible for all delivery charges plus any other related charges,  unless otherwise stated.

Other notes

We can modify any frame moulding or mount colour on any item(s), within fourteen days of original order date, at a surcharge of £10.00 per item, to cover materials and handling costs.  Any upgrades in design, specifically related to frame moulding will be added to this surcharge in accordance with the upgraded cost stated on the website at the time of amendment order. We cannot issue cost reduction or refunds for any downgrades to frame mouldings.
